Chidinma has extensive experience in Corporate Secretarial and Governance matters. She excels in formulating, reviewing, and disseminating policies, agreements, and legal documents. With a strong background in legal, administrative, statutory, and regulatory matters, Chidinma is adept at handling personnel administration, recruitment, selection, and business processes.
Chidinma served as legal counsel from 2008 to 2016 at Tarfa & Co, Mathmer Solicitors, and Femi Omomowo & Co. She holds an LL.B from Madonna University (2006) and qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2008. She is currently pursuing an LL.M at Ahmadu Bello University, Kaduna State.
