Raymond holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Ife, an LL.B from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He also has an Advanced Diploma in National Security and Political Violence from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
